Brigitte London
featuring Indie Roots Country and Americana.
The High Road Radio Show is a new syndicated one-hour program featuring the best in Roots Country and Americana Music.
Brigitte London has returned to radio with a brand new one-hour show called The High Road with Brigitte London, produced by Diamond Day Productions. It’s been almost five years since the Highwaywoman Radio Show taped its final show after an incredible run in multiple countries on FM, AM, and online stations around the world. With the much valued support of amazing radio stations and DJs, it flourished. From multiple small towns in America to the big cities of Chicago and New York, to the streets of London and the continent of Africa, the airwaves were filled with independent country, Americana, and blues. It was a groundbreaking endeavor that inspired the creation of other shows by DJs and artists worldwide, and at the final show it was one of the longest running independent radio shows at that time.
And now, Brigitte is happy to be back performing music live again and the birth of this new project is a true labor of Love. The High Road will feature the quality Americana and Roots Country music and interviews you expect, some wonderful new features, and bring you along for the ride!
“I am so excited about this new show. I’ll be featuring amazing music with fresh, new energy. Come take The High Road with me!” – Brigitte
From Wisconsin to Texas, and Nashville to Louisiana, she’s released 10 albums and worked on projects that included legends like Jerry Reed, Porter Wagoner, Marty Stuart, and more. In pursuit of fueling Independent Artists, Brigitte has launched and produced several music series, festivals, and events (including Spirit of The Outlaws, Last Honky Tonk Music Series, Songs on the Bayou), co-founded Outlaw Magazine, and hosted/produced multiple radio shows. She was also featured on the Discovery Channel’s Killing Fields season two, performing her song She’s in the Bayou.
Once upon a time, when women were birds,
there was the simple understanding that
to sing at dawn and to sing at dusk
was to heal the world through joy.
The birds still remember
what we have forgotten,
that the world is meant to be
celebrated.
Terry Tempest Williams
